Job Title: SAP SCM WM Consultant

Location: Wilson, NC (75% Onsite)

Duration: 12+ months

Job Description

SCM Role:

  1. Discrete manufacturing using production orders planned order created by detailed scheduling (PPDS) converted into production order
  2. Integration with batch management: batch determination and batch derivation
  3. Integration with WM Warehouse Management: material staging and goods issue, good receipt in storage units
  4. Integration with HU Handling Unit management: goods receipt of finished goods managed in HU, rework
  5. Integration with QM Quality Management: inspection at good issue, goods receipt and during production
  6. RF transactions for good issue, production confirmation good receipt
  7. Integration with local system to manage specific production order: outbound interface of production order, inbound interface of production confirmation
  8. Integration with local system to manage finished goods production order: outbound interface of production order, inbound interface of good receipts with HU

WM Role:

  1. Good receipt from external (third party supplier's other plants)
  2. Good receipt from production (with Storage Unit and Handling Unit)
  3. Material staging for production and return of component from production to warehouse
  4. Good issue for sales (Sales Order and Stock transfer order)
  5. RF transaction (standard and custom)
  6. Main integrations to consider:
  • Batch management
  • Handling unit; for finished goods
  • Production execution: staging, goods issue, goods receipt
  • Quality management
