Title: Sr. Integration Developer (Boomi)
Contract: Ongoing contract
Location: Remote, prefers CST and EST
Description :-
internal intake notes:
- They are working on data transfers between multiple systems within the platform itself
- They are using custom scripts and SSIS packages to work through this integration
- They are moving to boomi
- Azure data factory
- They are lacking in boomi expertise
- They are trying to find some help
- They will be able to understand what is happening in this data factory today and how this can be transitioned
- They should have hands on experience in boomi
- Experience Migrating over to boomi will be helpful
- Long term vision is to move to mulesoft
- Having mulesoft knowledge will be great
Must haves:
- They must have boomi integration skillset
- This is the biggest thing for them
- Azure factory
Nice to have:
- Mulesoft
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive integration strategy using the Boomi platform.
- Design and architect integration solutions that meet business requirements and align with the organization's overall IT strategy.
- Ensure seamless integration of Boomi with existing platforms such as Azure Data Factory and APIGEE.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the integration team on best practices and methodologies for using the Boomi platform.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in Boomi.
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration architecture and design.
- Proven experience with the Boomi integration platform.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory and APIGEE.
- Experience with custom scripts and SSIS.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions using Boomi.
- Proficiency in data integration, ETL processes, and API management.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and services, particularly Azure.
- Familiarity with various data formats (XML, JSON, CSV) and protocols (REST, SOAP).
