Job Title: Senior Cloud Engineer / Staff Cloud Engineer
Location: Mountain View, CA (On-Site Local Candidates Only)

Job Description:
- We are a fast-growing cloud-native data services company, building infrastructure that powers next-generation data applications. We re hiring a Senior or Staff-level Cloud Engineer to join our core team and help shape the technical foundation of our platform.
- This is a hands-on, high-impact engineering role ideal for candidates with experience in building cloud-native infrastructure at scale in modern SaaS or enterprise environments.
Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and modern DevOps tooling
- Automate provisioning, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management
- Scale multi-region systems with a focus on reliability, cost efficiency, and observability
- Drive technical excellence in areas like cloud SRE, platform tooling, and operations
- Collaborate with developers to improve productivity and deployment safety
- Lead architectural discussions and mentor junior engineer
- Key Skills and Technologies:
- Kubernetes: Internals, networking, fleet management, SRE practices
- Service Mesh & Networking: Istio, Envoy, Calico, Tigera, CoreDNS
- CI/CD & Deployments: Argo CD, Flux
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure (deep experience in at least one)
- Languages: Python, Go (must be comfortable with at least one)
- DevOps & Observability: Cloud cost optimization, metrics, logging, alerting
- Agile Environments: Experience with cross-functional collaboration and iterative delivery
- Preferred Background :
- 8+ years of relevant cloud engineering or platform/SRE experience
- Prior experience at FAANG companies (Facebook/Meta, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Google/Alphabet) or top-tier SaaS/cloud infra companies (e.g., Datadog, Snowflake, HashiCorp, Cloudflare, Twilio)
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
- Passion for learning, automation, and working in high-performance teams
