Job Title: Python Developer (MCP Server + Agentic AI)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with strong MCP server experience and exposure to Agentic AI frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and testing backend server infrastructure to support AI agent deployment and interactions. This is a highly technical, hands-on role requiring expertise in backend systems and cutting-edge AI-driven development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain MCP servers to support scalable backend services.

  • Build and optimize Python-based backend systems (APIs, microservices, server-side logic).

  • Integrate and deploy Agentic AI workflows for autonomosemi-autonomous agents.

  • Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance through robust server architecture.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for testing, deployment, and production support.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of backend development experience.

  • Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask, or equivalent).

  • Hands-on experience with MCP server development (must-have).

  • Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, etc.).

  • Experience with server-side technologies, APIs, and deployment pipelines.

  • Cloud experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform preferred.
