Position Summary
Senior Consultants provide expert-level IV&V services, technical leadership, and subject matter expertise for HHS ASFR DIS grant management systems. One Senior Consultant serves as the Senior Technical Analyst Key Personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred for Key Personnel)
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in IT consulting, IV&V, or related field
- Federal Experience: Minimum 5 years with federal IT systems (required for Key Personnel)
- Testing Expertise: Advanced proficiency: SOAP UI, JMeter, LoadRunner
Primary Responsibilities
- Testing Leadership
- Lead comprehensive test strategies
- Perform advanced API testing using SOAP UI
- Conduct performance testing using JMeter and LoadRunner
- Lead security testing
- Review and approve test plans
- Additional Responsibilities for Key Personnel
- Contract Technical Leadership
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for government COR
- Provide overall technical direction
- Ensure technical quality of all deliverables
- Lead technical problem resolution.
