Role: Jira Specialist/Specialty Development Practitioner
Location: Dearborn, MI(Hybrid)
ONLY W2 NO C2C
Skills Required:
- Design and implement Atlassian solutions (Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Jira Work Management, Confluence) for manufacturing and quality management.
- Configure and customize Jira products to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Work independently, manage priorities, and integrate Atlassian products with CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform data migration, Confluence implementation, administration, development, and support for JIRA and its add-ons.
- Focus on timely and cost-effective implementation, develop architecture artifacts, and document process diagrams.
Skills Preferred:
- Collaborate closely with teams, problem-solving in a changing environment, and effective communication.
- Proficient in Atlassian Plugins, planning and supporting multiple projects, troubleshooting, and risk assessment.
- Years of software development experience using Java and web-based architectures, along with scripting skills.
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience with Atlassian suite, Agile methodologies, programming languages (JavaScript, JSP, SQL, Python), and scripting (Python, Groovy).
- Familiarity with CI tools, integration of Atlassian products with enterprise systems, strong analytical and communication skills.
