job summary:

Our Fortune 500 Financial Services client is looking for a Sr. Agile Delivery Lead for their Azure Platform Support team.


In this role, you will focus on understanding technical architecture, identifying technical debt, and addressing process and data flow gaps. You will propose and execute remediation plans, ensuring that our technology solutions are robust and efficient. Additionally, you will play a key role in building out the product roadmap, not just ensuring day-to-day operations. Reporting to a senior manager, you will contribute to the strategic direction and long-term planning of our products and systems.

Responsibilities



  • Technical Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, understanding the underlying technical architecture and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Technical Debt Management: Identify and prioritize technical debt, proposing and executing remediation plans to enhance system performance and maintainability.
  • Process and Data Flow Analysis: Analyze process and data flow gaps, working with senior product leaders and engineers to implement effective solutions.
  • Roadmap Development: Contribute to the development of the product roadmap, aligning technical solutions with strategic goals and long-term planning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product peers, design experts, program leaders, and engineering partners to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Documentation: Create thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and remediation plans.
  • Support Product Delivery: Assist in the delivery of digital solutions by facilitating demos, overseeing user acceptance testing, and coordinating relevant training efforts.
  • Technical Product Support for Azure Platform: Provide technical product support for solutions hosted on the Azure Platform, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.


qualifications:


Education:



  • Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications or advanced coursework is a plus.


Experience:



  • 5+ total years' experience with at least 2 different roles working in SDLC (Dev, BA, QA, UI/UX, PO)
  • 1+ years' experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master
  • Expert knowledge of Agile Framework and Scrum and deep technical competence
  • Demonstrated expertise of identifying and mitigating risks
  • Experience providing technical product support for solutions hosted on the Azure Platform.


Technical Competencies:



  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate technical analysis into actionable tasks.
  • Ability to author detailed technical documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and remediation plans.
  • Experience managing requirements and design-related activities for complex, multi-business, multi-system initiatives.
  • Experience with Agile development frameworks, product lifecycle development, and JIRA.
  • Proficiency in Azure services and tools, with a strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices.
