The Ask? Client is looking for an experienced Sr. Salesforce Lead. Must have a thorough understanding and an expertise in Salesforce Vlocity Development with an emphasis on Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)/CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures (IPs).

Skills and Experience_

  • Proven experience leading Salesforce projects through the full SDLC.
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and Salesforce declarative tools.
  • Strong background in Salesforce Vlocity development, particularly with EPC/CPQ, CLM, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and IPs.
  • Experience managing offshore teams and supporting existing Salesforce Applications.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Proficient in performing code reviews and handling deployments using GitHub and Jenkins.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive approach to stay informed about platform enhancements and release updates.
  • Experience in coordinating with business stakeholders to prioritize work, plan sprints, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities_

  • Lead Salesforce projects, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/Rest APIs, and declarative tools.
  • Focus on Salesforce Vlocity development with an emphasis on Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)/CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures (IPs).
  • Manage offshore team and support existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance tuning.
