Job Title : Jira Admin with Atlassian Suite
Location : NY
Job Description Atlassian Suite JIRA DevOps Tools Administrator
Core Responsibilities
o Administer and troubleshoot Atlassian Cloud tools primarily Jira and Confluence including project creation custom field management automation and global administration
o Manage Jenkins CICD platform including server administration on AWS pipeline support and troubleshooting
o Support additional tools such as Postman SonarQube TestRail and GitHub including GitHub Actions and basic scripting
o Provide customer service via Jira ticketing and Slack channels responding to user queries and supporting multiple teams
o Assist with troubleshooting AWS infrastructure servers autoscaling groups load balancers security groups
Required Skills Experience
o Strong knowledge of Atlassian Cloud administration JiraConfluence
o Atlassian professional certification is a plus but not required
o Experience with Jenkins administration and CICD concepts
o Familiarity with AWS administration and troubleshooting
o Proficiency with Git and GitHub including GitHub Actions
o Scripting skills in Python or Nodejs with willingness to learn new scripting languages as needed
o Ability to manage and troubleshoot automations in Jira visual builder and Script runner scripting
o Strong customer service and communication skills for realtime support
o Comfortable with global administrator responsibilities and the associated risks
Work Environment Logistics
o Preferred working hours 95 Eastern Time but flexible on location US nearshore or Pacific Time acceptable
o Willingness to learn and adapt to a fastpaced highresponsibility environment
o Customer service and willingness to interact with multiple teams are essential
o Exposure to a variety of DevOps and QA tools is beneficial
o Crosscoverage and collaboration with other team members expected
