IT Support Technician

We are seeking a highly presentable and professional IT Support Technician to provide exceptional technical assistance within our Microsoft-centric environment. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, including C-suite executives.

Responsibilities include providing support for end-user hardware and software, including imaging, Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Teams, and ideally Microsoft Intune and Autopilot. Familiarity with basic networking concepts and some software experience is necessary. Experience with Audio-Visual (AV) equipment is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
