Job Details
The role is focused on enabling cutting edge technology to support optimal performance of services and data across Maps and Apple platform ecosystem. Imagine building the digital foundation for a service that enables people to explore and navigate their world. Apple Maps is a critical platform, constantly evolving, processing vast amounts of data, and striving to deliver compelling and intuitive experiences to millions. At its core, it relies on an infrastructure of immense scale and complexity, demanding engineering excellence and a continuous drive for improvement. We are seeking exceptional leaders who understand that the most compelling user experiences are underpinned by robust and resilient infrastructure. Our ambition to deliver the future of navigation, discovery, and spatial computing requires a foundational layer that is not just performant, but intelligently scalable and adaptable. This is where cutting-edge software meets powerful hardware, where every millisecond of efficiency and every byte of data integrity directly contributes to shaping the world's interaction with Apple's ecosystem. As a Senior Infrastructure Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in this journey, orchestrating the complex interplay of engineering disciplines to enhance and expand the core systems that power Apple Maps. This is a role for a strategic leader who thrives on solving intricate problems, bringing clarity to complex initiatives, and relentlessly driving critical projects from concept to widespread deployment. You will be instrumental in evolving our foundational platforms, ensuring reliability, security, and performance at a significant scale. We are seeking extraordinarily talented Senior Program Managers to help us achieve that goal on our Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will deliver key initiatives for scalability and availability, security, and mobility in a hybrid infrastructure. If you are passionate and enjoy driving complex programs from concept to launch, we want to hear from you!
