Job Description:
Requirement/Must Have:
  • 5 7 years of experience assisting with test planning, test cases, and expected results for complex business systems under QA lead guidance.
  • 5 7 years of experience executing test cases and scenarios for large, complex systems.
  • Experience in data analysis, cleansing, conversion, and reconciliation with oversight from senior staff.
  • Proficiency in testing tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Microfocus Product Suite
  • Familiarity with Accessibility testing tools such as WAVES, JAWS, NVDA, and Compliance Candidateriff.
  • Experience in Accessibility testing aligned with AODA standards.
Experience:
  • 5 7 years of QA experience with large, business-critical systems.
  • Experience preparing QA test plans, test data, and documentation.
  • Experience with functional and accessibility compliance testing.
  • Experience with web-based, 3-tier software platforms and their architecture.
  • Experience with workflow and rule-driven business solutions.
  • Experience testing both custom-built and COTS implementations (e.g., IBM J-Rules Engine).
  • Working knowledge of Oracle database tools and querying.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Visio, Excel, Project, Outlook).
Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive QA test plans, test cases, and scenarios.
  • Execute functional and accessibility compliance tests.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure system accuracy.
  • Document test results and update defect reports for issue tracking.
  • Share testing knowledge with the team through documentation and training.
  • Participate in change management and daily stand-ups.
  • CollaboXX with development and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • GeneXX and send daily status and test summary reports.
  • Maintain QA standards and templates.
  • Ensure system and data requirements, flows, and validations are implemented correctly.
  • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on test results and potential gaps
  • Support audit readiness and compliance with government software development standards.
  • Notify leads of risks or concerns related to deliverables.
Skills:
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills to manage QA activities with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with multiple teams across business and technology functions.
  • Working knowledge of web application development tools and processes.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in QA or a related field.
