Position: Oracle Incentive Compensation Consultant
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite/Hybrid)
Salary Range: $165,000 $175,000 per annum + Benefits

Job Description:
GRACO is urgently looking to hire an experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation Consultant for a full-time role based in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS with a focus on Incentive Compensation modules.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle Incentive Compensation modules.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Perform testing, validation, and support activities.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues within the Incentive Compensation system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, and IT.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with a focus on Oracle Incentive Compensation.
  • Experience in incentive plan design, credit and compensation processing, and report generation.
  • Good understanding of related financial and HR modules is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
