Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Hyper-V Infrastructure Leadership:
o Architect and maintain large-scale Hyper-V environments.
o Optimize VM performance, storage, and networking within Hyper-V clusters.
o Implement Hyper-V Replica, Live Migration, and failover clustering for high availability.
Virtualization Strategy and Operations:
o Develop and enforce best practices for Hyper-V deployment and lifecycle management.
o Monitor and troubleshoot Hyper-V hosts and guest VMs for performance and reliability.
o Automate Hyper-V provisioning and patching using PowerShell and System Center tools.
Security and Certificate Management:
o Manage SSL certificates across internal and external systems.
o Ensure secure communications and compliance with certificate lifecycle policies.
Directory Services and Cloud Integration:
o Administer and integrate Active Directory and Azure AD.
o Support hybrid identity solutions and role-based access controls in Azure.
Collaboration and Documentation:
o Work with cross-functional teams to support virtualization needs.
o Document Hyper-V configurations, recovery procedures, and operational workflows.
