Worldwide Technology is looking for a ServiceNow Architect. This role is part of WWT s Strategic Resourcing services and is a contract role. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT s preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefit information prior to employment with the partner.

Title: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Onsite in Atlanta, GA

Duration/Type of Job: 6+ months

Rate/Salary: A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $70 to $90 hourly (Rate range is on C2C basis). Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled? ServiceNow Architect (Contractor)?to design, implement, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions that drive automation and data consistency across IT and business systems. This role combines? strategic platform architecture? with? hands-on configuration and data modeling? expertise to support their evolving digital transformation and ITSM modernization efforts.

The ideal candidate brings not only deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules but also? practical experience in data modeling,? common systems integrations, and? end-to-end architecture? across large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the? design, configuration, and implementation? of ServiceNow applications and custom solutions, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery modules.
  • Develop and maintain? enterprise data models? within ServiceNow, ensuring consistent relationships between configuration items (CIs), business services, and infrastructure assets.
  • Architect integrations between ServiceNow and (e.g., network operations, HR, finance, and asset management) using APIs, Integration Hub, and data pipelines.
  • Create? data mapping, normalization, and reconciliation strategies? for CMDB and dependent systems.
  • Collaborate with solution owners to define? data governance, lifecycle management, and? schema design standards.
  • Provide? hands-on leadership? for ServiceNow development teams in scripting, workflow design, and data architecture best practices.
  • Partner with? network, infrastructure, and cloud teams? to ensure accurate data exchange between ServiceNow and systems like Cisco DNA, AWS, Azure, VMware, and other monitoring platforms.
  • Support? data-driven automation initiatives, leveraging AI Ops, Predictive Intelligence, and event correlation tools.
  • Deliver? architecture documentation, including system diagrams, data dictionaries, and integration models.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and ISO/NIST standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years designing? ServiceNow enterprise architectures.
  • Strong? hands-on experience with data modeling? and configuration item (CI) relationship mapping within ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Proven success architecting and integrating ServiceNow with? common enterprise systems?(e.g., SAP, Oracle, Azure AD, Splunk, SolarWinds, or internal OSS/BSS platforms).
  • Expertise in? ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and API integrations?(REST, SOAP, JSON).
  • Deep understanding of? ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and related data flows.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)?and? Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)certifications required.
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA)?or? Certified Master Architect (CMA)?preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business domains.

This role may require on-location work with WWT customers. Some customers may require WWT employees and contractors coming on-site to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and/or to receive frequent negative COVID-19 testing.
