Description
A client of ours is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to help with a 12 month engagement. The role is open due to a recent acquisition of another health insurance payer and some of the Infrastructure Engineers are helping to build out an AI framework that is taking up about 50% of their day. This Infrastructure engineer will be helping with day to day tasks, but could also help with the migration to Azure. Currently, they are using standard Azure owned migration tools.
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Intermediate IT Infrastructure Engineer who will provide the highest level of support, mentor and empower team members, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. This role is integral to ensuring our IT systems operate at peak performance, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving organizational success through effective communication and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Provide the highest level of support and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems efficiently.
Mentor, empower, and influence other team members through positive actions and accountability, encouraging professional growth and collaboration.
Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, ensuring clarity, transparency, and a unified approach to achieving company goals.
Plan, design, oversee, and execute various IT projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with IT Security to achieve mutual goals and safeguard the organization's data and systems.
Plan and participate in Disaster Recovery training as needed, ensuring preparedness and resilience in the face of potential disruptions.
Manage key Infrastructure solutions and oversee the maintenance of all assigned Technology platforms, security policies, documentation, and configurations (parameters, patches, etc.).
Provide highest-level maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance analysis on IT systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
Patch TDC technologies to resolve any security or functional issues promptly, maintaining system integrity and reliability.
Execute designated systems to ensure business processes are maintained at the highest levels, contributing to the overall operational excellence of the organization.
Provide on-call support for the Infrastructure Engineering team during business hours, ensuring immediate responsiveness to any issues that may arise.
