What We're Doing
Our team is seeking a Windows Engineer to support our classified software development infrastructure in Moorestown, NJ. This site is a key location for our operations, and we're looking for a highly skilled engineer to ensure our systems remain secure, reliable, and ready for mission success.
The Work
You will configure and manage Windows operating systems on servers, workstations, and laptops, including imaging and provisioning using Microsoft System Center.
Configuration Manager (SCCM) or similar tools.
Daily tasks include troubleshooting, system monitoring, patching, applying STIG requirements, and maintaining network integrity.
You will support users in accessing and utilizing classified development environments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, classify and decommission systems, and occasionally perform infrastructure inventory.
Please note:
This position is full-time onsite in Moorestown, NJ, with limited support for nearby Mount Laurel and Camden sites.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a government DoD clearance at the Secret level.

You are a self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team. With strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, you can balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
You bring:
2+ years of related experience (Bachelor's in CS, IT, Software, or related STEM, or Master's with no experience).
Strong Windows administration and scripting skills (PowerShell, batch, etc.).
Experience implementing Security policies and STIG requirements.
Familiarity with SCCM or similar provisioning systems
Security+ certification.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus points if you also have experience with Linux, Cloud Infrastructure, AI, or Data Analytics-cross-platform expertise is highly valued.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in related discipline and a minimum of 2 years of professional level experience or related Masters degree and no experience.
- Configuration management and change management experience using tools such as Git, ClearCase, and ClearQuest.
- Linux Operating System knowledge, ability to solve end-user computer system problems, while working independently in a lab environment.
- Candidate must be able to obtain Security + certification.
- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the SECRET level. Requires U.S. Citizenship.

Experienced Administration/Systems Engineer with Linux RedHat & RedHawk Operating Systems, Computer Networking and Communications Systems.
Experience with the Creation of bash and perl scripts to define and create environments.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
