Job Description:
  • The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in Workday data conversions, integrations, and system optimization.
  • This role provides tier-two support, serves as a liaison between business units and technical teams, and ensures the accuracy of Workday data, system stability, and optimal integration performance.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated success with complex HRIS integrations.
  • Extensive experience managing and optimizing Workday environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to produce detailed, high-quality documentation.
Experience:
  • Minimum four years of experience implementing or administering HRIS.
  • Direct experience in large-scale data conversions.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and resolve data conversion and integration issues, documenting root causes.
  • Ensure accurate population of data into Workday.
  • Provide technical support for system maintenance and enhancements.
  • Deliver tier-two user support.
  • Act as liaison between business units and technical teams to address system needs.
Should Have:
  • Experience with Workday Benefits and multiple integration partners.
  • Experience supporting large-scale HR system integrations.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
  • Experience supporting technology in the public sector.

Qualification and Education:
