Title: Marketing Cordinator

Fulltime opportunity

Hybrid at Manhattan, New York

Key responsibilities include:

  • The successful candidate will partner with and report directly to the Manager(s) of Club Marketing to deliver against a highly collaborative, cross-functional team process that consistently delivers best in class programs with Clubs related to the league s strategic priorities and growth opportunities
  • This individual will partner closely with internal Marketing counterparts across Brand, Social, Influencer, Fan Engagement and Club Business Development to drive tight collaboration amongst Club programs, communications, and campaign amplification
  • Managing ongoing updates of key Club Marketing documents to drive efficiencies and formalized processes across presentations, calendars, and campaign tracking
  • Managing key agenda and recap process for Club meetings identifying opportunities for broader
  • League awareness and amplification
  • Development and preparation of materials for all internal and Club partner meetings
  • Leading team management / scheduling of Club meetings, steering committee sessions across internal and Club teams
  • Consistent tracking of key Club activations/campaign integration providing highlights, results, and learnings to core internal teams
  • Develop Club briefing reports prior to market visits/key Club meetings highlighting key organizational and marketing program notes
  • Support the development of ongoing monthly marketing best practices of Club initiatives to drive further collaboration and opportunities amongst the Clubs
  • Establish clear timelines that will drive the team s day-to-day execution of plans to realize League/Club integration goals
  • Serve as a day-to-day team contact assisting with administrative and planning needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 2+ Years of brand/account marketing or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Frequent user and knowledgeable across core office applications (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Airtable)
  • Team player with a strong sense of proactivity and eagerness to learn and grow Marketing Coordinator
  • Ability to establish dynamic relationships and effectively interface with core internal and external partners
  • Strong project management skills
  • Maintains a professional demeanor and a steward of the brand
