This company in the casino space creates both actual hardware slot machines and online gambling games. They are looking for a Software Engineering Manager who can manage different teams both on and offshore. The ideal candidate has worked in an architect position in the past and is able to build and implement software in the correct way. This role will be mostly hands-off, and you will report directly to the CTO in Atlanta. It is mostly remote, but you will be required for meetings in office once or twice a week in Midtown.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ Years of Professional Experience
- 3+ Years of Management Experience
- Strong Experience in Java, Springboot, and Microservices
- Prior Experience as a Technical Architect
- Experience with Cloud Technology such as AWS or Azure
- Ability to lead developers both on and offshore
- Able to be hands-off and implement software standards
- Prior Experience in the Gaming/Casino Industry is a Plus
