Job Details

Our direct client (Leading BioPharmaceutical company), is looking to hire a Data Entry & Event Administrative Assistant (100% REMOTE).
Job Summary:
  • The Data Entry & Event Administrative Assistant will support client's Meetings & Events teams with administrative support for accurate data capture and invoice upload into client's instance of Cvent.
  • This is a shared Cvent data entry resource across all M&E teams (US Commercial Strategic Meetings & Engagements, enterprise Medical Affairs/Development, Kite, Global Commercial Congress COE and the Internal Meetings Program).
  • Accurately and efficiently manage and enter key final event financial information into client's event management system (Cvent).
  • Ensure data entry is complete and compliant with organizational and industry regulations.
  • Maintain and update event records and any necessary documentation (hotel contracts, hotel invoices, vendor invoices).
  • Stay up to date with all applicable regulations and guidelines related to pharmaceutical corporate events.
  • Ensure that all program data is managed in line with privacy regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of data entry, planner outreach (captured in Smartsheet) and event documentation.
  • Oversee and support the maintenance of SOPs, processes, and templates for Cvent data entry as it relates to client's Meetings, Events and Congresses.
