We're Hiring on Behalf of our Client: Business Intelligence Developer (SQL, ETL, Salesforce)
U.S. Remote
$130,000 plus annual bonus (DOE)
: Full-Time, Direct Hire

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on BI Developer to own our global analytics and reporting function. This is an opportunity to shape a modern, insights-driven data culture in an entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Do
- BI strategy and execution, delivering actionable insights across the organization.
- Design and optimize SQL queries, Oracle packages, and ERP integrations.
- Administration of Salesforce and manage Salesforce data flows.
- Drive automation and standardization for reporting and analytics.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve efficiency and support growth.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for sales and marketing strategies.
What You Bring
- Expert in SQL query development and Oracle packages.
- ETL and migration experience - ERP management experience.
- Skilled in Salesforce configuration/administration; Experience in integration tools.
- Strong communicator across different levels of cross-functional teams who can translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Process-oriented with a passion for automation and efficiency.
- Experience in medical device industry preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years in BI or related roles with proven leadership and project management experience.
