Required Skills/ Qualifications:
Experience in Facilitating Scrum events like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective meetings, ensuring effective team collaboration and progress tracking.
Ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
Experience in providing Coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices, improving team performance and efficiency.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Improved team velocity and reduced project delivery time through the implementation of Agile practices.
Lead company-wide Agile transformations, improving delivery efficiency.
Implement continuous improvement programs, enhancing team productivity.
Provide visibility into gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams
Handle external relations, e.g., product or vendor partners or cross-functional teams
Manage end-to-end coordination between all impacted scrum teams
Manage Technology project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope, and quality are achieved.
