Job Title: CJA Specialist(Customer Journey Analytics)
Location: New York(Onsite Hybrid 2 days a week)
Type: Both Contract(C2C) and Fulltime
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on implementing solutions for clients in the digital and marketing space using Adobe technologies to drive business transformation.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients for requirement gathering and deliver solutions aligned with their marketing and analytics expectations.
Configure CJA for cross-channel customer journey optimization, integrating data from multiple sources.
Design dashboards, segments, and insights to monitor and enhance customer behavior.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with their marketing and analytics goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in CJA.
Lead projects in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AJO, and CJA, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Key Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with CJA (Must Have) and AJO (Good to have)
Experience in digital marketing and analytics.
Proficient in Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and cross-channel analytics.
Strong communication skills with the ability to gather client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
