Insider Platform Implementation Lead

Role Summary
This role will lead the Insider platform implementation, working closely with stakeholders across marketing, digital,
and technology functions to drive discovery, define the roadmap, manage integrations, and ensure successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Insider platform expert and project lead, responsible for managing all phases of the implementation.
Run stakeholder discovery sessions to identify goals, personalization use cases, and target journeys.
Build and maintain a detailed project plan, timeline, and communication cadence.
Collaborate with The Vitamin Shoppe s internal teams and Insider s solution engineers for technical setup and integration.
Support integration across web/mobile SDKs, CRM, ESP, and analytics tools.
Oversee campaign configurations, UAT, and internal enablement/training.
Provide ongoing updates, documentation, and risk management for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Insider platform implementation (must-have).
5+ years of experience leading digital transformation or marketing technology projects.
Expertise in omnichannel personalization, journey orchestration, and customer segmentation.
Strong knowledge of digital ecosystems web/mobile, CRM, ESP, analytics.
Proven success in client-facing project leadership roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting US-based retail or wellness clients.
Background in growth marketing, digital strategy, or customer experience programs.
Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar.
