Job Description:
Team Purpose
The team manages multiple product lines, with a focus on a hybrid file synchronization service that connects on-premises environments with cloud storage platforms.
Key Projects
- End-to-end scenario validation for hybrid file sync services
- Running automated pipelines and managing production deployments
- Tracking progress against a monthly plan broken down into daily tasks
- Daily scrum meetings (~30 minutes) to review progress and blockers
- Individual task execution aligned with sprint goals and monthly milestones
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in software testing
- Strong background in writing test documentation (e.g., test plans, scripts, results reports)
- Ability to interpret test results and recommend improvements
- 10+ years of experience in:
- Software testing
- Server and cloud technologies
- Scripting (any language, e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- No specific certifications required
- Preference for candidates with stable work history
- Experience with hybrid cloud file sync technologies
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile environments
- Quality and completeness of test coverage
- Timeliness in meeting sprint and release deadlines
- Contribution to process improvements and automation
