The details of the position are as mentioned below
Title : Sr. Oracle Apps DBA
Location : Chicago, IL (This position is a hybrid model, requiring the candidate must be on-site on Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
Duration : 12 Months
The applicant should be specialized in ;
EBS Upgrade to 12.2 , Oracle E-Business administration, Oracle RAC, OID/OAM (Oracle SSO) administration and implementing advanced security features in Oracle.
The applicant will be assisting implementing the Oracle EBS upgrade to 12.2 with Oracle RAC and multi node/DMZ configuration.
Manager Notes
Location : Must be Hybrid (In Chicago - 2 Days a week)
Required to start : ASAP
Interview Process : 2 Video Conference
Experience Level - Need a Sr. Candidate atleast 10+ years (More the better).
This is Project based work. USG is getting ready for a R12 upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.14 . They will likely be going through 4-5 iterations followed by 2-3 months of testing cycle. The upgrade is scheduled to be completed by early next year.
Candidates will be mainly responsible for preparing for production cutovers. (All the way from Sandbox to Prod cutover)
Must Have skills :
- Apps DBA on EBS R12
- Prior experience in upgrading from 12.1 to 12.2 (Does Not need to 12.2.14 any 12.2 upgrade experience is fine)
- SSO (Oracle Products experience like OID / OAM / Access gate & Web Gate etc.)
- Multi Node Environment experience.
