RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Workiva Implementation Lead responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of Workiva's cloud-based platform for financial reporting, compliance, and ESG solutions. This role involves leading project teams, engaging with clients to understand business requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable, efficient solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
* Workiva Platform Certification
* PMP or other project management credentials
* 5+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting, preferably with Workiva or similar platforms
* Proven track record of leading complex projects and implementing Workiva
* Strong understanding of financial reporting, SOX/internal controls, and ESG frameworks
* Familiarity with data integration, automation, and cloud-based systems
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
