Job Title: Technical Support Analyst/Business Execution Consultant
Duration: 12 months (Extension or Conversion will be based on performance only)
Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 - Onsite Role
Shift: Mon-Fri (09:00 AM EST to 06:00 PM EST) OR (11 AM EST to 8 PM EST)
Pay rate: ($27-$28) hourly



Note: Looking for Banking OR Financial domain candidates.

Job Responsibilities:




  • Provide Level I/II technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems



  • Respond to and resolve support inquiries related to common PC, software, and basic network issues



  • Utilize MS Office and internal systems to track, manage, and document support cases



  • Deliver clear and professional communication, ensuring users understand the issue resolution steps



  • Adapt to changing support priorities, workloads, and schedules in a fast-paced environment



  • Collaborate with other teams as needed to escalate and resolve complex issues



  • Maintain user satisfaction by focusing on quality resolution over call volume metrics




Required Qualifications:



  • 1 3 years of experience in a technical support or call center environment



  • Proficiency in MS Office and solid PC troubleshooting skills



  • Broad exposure to technology platforms (Windows, mobile devices, basic networking)



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills



  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset



  • Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic support environment
