Duration: 12 months (Extension or Conversion will be based on performance only)
Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 - Onsite Role
Shift: Mon-Fri (09:00 AM EST to 06:00 PM EST) OR (11 AM EST to 8 PM EST)
Pay rate: ($27-$28) hourly

- Provide Level I/II technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Respond to and resolve support inquiries related to common PC, software, and basic network issues
- Utilize MS Office and internal systems to track, manage, and document support cases
- Deliver clear and professional communication, ensuring users understand the issue resolution steps
- Adapt to changing support priorities, workloads, and schedules in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with other teams as needed to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain user satisfaction by focusing on quality resolution over call volume metrics
Required Qualifications:
- 1 3 years of experience in a technical support or call center environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and solid PC troubleshooting skills
- Broad exposure to technology platforms (Windows, mobile devices, basic networking)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic support environment
