Position is a result of the SAP S4 Hana implementation
- Have put some things in place over the last couple of years
- This role is a backfill for him to handle day-to-day operations + offshore team + business stakeholders
- Day-to-day business reporting
- Will pivot to this role once the other position has been filled; feels good about the candidates we have in play
- Have an ETL tool to extract data from ERP into the data warehouse for reporting
- Hardware
- ETL experience (IBM Data Stage) + report writing
- Overseeing overnight data loads that are being extracted to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Offshore team monitors; this person will manage the team
- Developing new dashboard development
- Operations oversight
- Gather requirements + create solutions + work with offshore
- Most of the person s responsibilities will be managing the work/team (80%) + 20% to 30% tech
- Extract from new sets of sources (SSIS)
- SSIS, SSRS (limited), PowerBI, and any Azure cloud tools would be desired
- Analysis/requirements for building the dashboards/reporting (flush out business and technical requirements)
- Will work on current operations but may have the resource work on new projects based on bandwidth
- Ability to prioritize business needs
