Job Title : Blue Yonder Administrator

Responsibilities:

Role- Blue Yonder Administrator

System Maintenance and Support:

  • Ensuring the WMS application functions correctly, including troubleshooting issues and performing updates.
  • Strong AWS background and support experience.
  • Administer and maintain the on-premises Blue Yonder environment, including application servers, database servers, and integration components.
  • Perform regular system health checks, monitoring system performance, and proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
  • Provide technical support to end-users on Blue Yonder application functionality and system-related issues.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand their needs and provide technical solutions to support business processes.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.
  • Implement performance tuning measures to ensure optimal system responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Work with database administrators to optimize database performance related to Blue Yonder applications.
  • Configuration and Customization: Modifying the WMS to meet specific business needs and organizational requirements.
  • System Administration: Managing user access, permissions, and other administrative tasks related to the WMS.
  • Compliance and Policy: Ensuring the WMS is compliant with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Data Management: Maintaining and managing data within the WMS. Need to have solid experience in database management for Oracle.
  • Patch HF install and validation
  • Project Leadership: Leading projects related to WMS implementation, enhancements, or upgrades.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience with Blue Yonder WMS (e.g., over 12 years, including 5+ years in configuration, customization, and system administration).
  • Strong understanding of WMS concepts, principles, and processes.
  • Knowledge of relevant technologies and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management skills (for roles leading projects).
