AI Product Manager (Hybrid - Redmond, WA)

Are you a Principal Product Manager with a passion for using AI to make a difference? We are looking for a skilled professional to join a mission-driven team dedicated to empowering nonprofits and educational institutions. This role is a unique opportunity to define and execute the product strategy for technology that contributes to a high-impact initiative, focusing on AI-driven solutions for registration, eligibility, and customer support. You will be at the forefront of innovation, working on projects that truly matter.

• Define and execute the AI product strategy in collaboration with business owners and engineering teams.
• Write detailed product features and specifications to guide a team of developers.
• Drive project success by partnering with multiple stakeholder groups across the organization.
• Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process and develop rollout plans.
• Deliver technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.

Extensive experience in product management, with a proven background in product strategy and feature writing.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Experience with designing and implementing AI-driven automation solutions.

Strong understanding of cloud services and API integration.

Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours and work a hybrid schedule in Redmond, WA.
