Description
Position Summary: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Epic Radiant/Cupid Analyst to support the successful integration of Epic systems across its enterprise and a new acquisition. This role will be instrumental in configuring, testing, and optimizing Epic modules to ensure seamless clinical and operational workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, Epic expertise, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
System Configuration & Build
Configure and maintain Epic applications to support clinical and business workflows across ambulatory, inpatient, and specialty areas.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional system designs.
Testing & Validation
Develop and execute test plans for new builds, upgrades, and integrations.
Participate in integrated testing events and validate system functionality across modules.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams and Epic representatives.
Workflow Optimization
Analyze current workflows and recommend Epic-based solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
Support clinical and operational teams in adopting Epic functionality through training and documentation.
Collaborate with Biomedical, Revenue Cycle, and Data Conversion teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Data Integrity & Reporting
Assist in data migration, validation, and archiving efforts, including EMPI/MRN conversions and third-party application integrations.
Maintain data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Support reporting needs through Epic tools and analytics platforms.
Collaboration & Communication
Serve as a liaison between IT, clinical teams, and project leadership.
Provide timely updates on progress, risks, and issues.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
Qualifications:
Epic certification in Radiant and Cupid is needed.
2+ years of experience in Epic system analysis, build, or support.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
