Oracle Financials Functional Analyst - Onsite

Requirements:

• 3 or more years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Financials
• Proven expertise in GL, AP, AR, CM, and FA modules.
• Experience in functional support, configuration, and end-user training.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
• Solid experience with QA testing, UAT coordination, and issue tracking.
• Familiarity with Oracle SQL for basic data extraction and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional support to business users across Oracle Financial applications.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of application-related incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out new features, enhancements, and updates.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) and regression testing during implementations, upgrades, and patching.
• Document processes, test cases, configuration changes, and user guides.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle configurations or customizations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
• Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
