Role: SAP Sales Manager – US West Coast
Location: West Coast, USA (Remote/On-site as required)
Duration: Full time
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Sales Manager to drive business development and revenue growth across the US West Coast region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling SAP solutions and services, a proven track record of building client relationships, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Execution
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for SAP solutions (S/4HANA, BTP, Analytics, Cloud, CX, etc.) across the West Coast market.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers.
Act as a trusted advisor, aligning SAP solutions to client business needs and industry challenges.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with SAP delivery teams, solution architects, and partner ecosystem to craft tailored proposals and value propositions.
Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and events specific to the West Coast market.
Partner with SAP and other technology alliances to expand reach and drive joint sales opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy
Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities in key industries (Retail, Manufacturing, High Tech, Life Sciences, etc.) prevalent in the West Coast region.
Contribute to regional sales forecasts, pipeline development, and revenue planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
7–12 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with 10+ years in SAP sales/business development in Westcoast market.
Strong knowledge of SAP products and services (S/4HANA, Cloud, BTP, CX, Analytics, Supply Chain, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas.
Strong C-level engagement and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience selling in industries dominant in the US West Coast (High Tech, Media, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing).
Ability to travel across the West Coast region as required.
