About the Role
Seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who is passionate about automation, cloud infrastructure, and continuous delivery. This role is ideal for an experienced DevOps professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can help scale secure, reliable, and automated infrastructure to support healthcare systems.
Responsibilities
Build, scale, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
Automate deployment, integration, and testing workflows with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Support and optimize cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure, but AWS/Google Cloud Platform experience is valuable).
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or ARM templates.
Drive observability through monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Splunk, etc.).
Establish and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for performance and reliability.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery.
Embed security best practices into CI/CD workflows (DevSecOps).
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure/pipeline issues proactively.
Participate in quarterly planning sessions and occasional travel as needed.
Qualifications
3 6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Build/Release Engineering.
Strong expertise with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Git-based repos, Azure DevOps).
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/Google Cloud Platform valuable).
Knowledge of SLIs, SLOs, SLAs in reliability engineering.
Experience with monitoring & logging tools (Azure Monitor, Splunk, etc.).
Familiarity with package/dependency managers (NPM, NuGet).
Exposure to DevSecOps or embedding security in pipelines.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
