We are partnering with a financial services organization that is seeking a Technical Support Analyst – ADP Workforce Manager & Workforce Now to join its team.
Compensation
- Contract to hire position
- Salary: $120,000 – $125,000
- Incentives: Annual bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits package
Location:
New York City (3 days onsite per week)
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated technical support and optimization for ADP Workforce Manager and Workforce Now applications.
- Support, issue resolution, optimizing application usage, and acting as an internal advocate for the tools.
- Expected deliverables include improved application utilization, support issue resolution, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Collaboration will involve working closely with the payroll organization, internal IT team, and occasionally with ADP.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of technical experience supporting ADP Workforce Manager or Workforce Now.
- Strong understanding of enterprise environments with integrated HR, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
- Required skills include systems configuration, interface management, application troubleshooting, and report writing.
- Preferred qualities include a consultative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain system features to users.
