Extrusion Machine Operator - 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Schedule: Train on 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) for 4-6 weeks, then transition to 2nd Shift

What You'll Do:
- Operate extrusion machines in a continuous manufacturing environment.
- Follow detailed shop orders and manufacturing specs to ensure product quality.
- Set up machines, including temperature profiles, dies, tips, and crossheads.
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters like tension, ratios, sparker voltage, and preheat.
- Perform quality checks on materials (tensile, elongation, dimensions).
- Tag materials appropriately and record production data on daily reports.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with all safety procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or extrusion machine operator role.
- Ability to read and understand work orders and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Basic math skills and solid verbal/written communication.
- Willingness to train on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks before moving to 2nd shift.
