Story Behind the Need - Business Group & Key Projects

• Digital Experience and Engagement has embarked on a mission to transform the member orchestration and outreach capabilities of Client. At the heart of this effort is the Customer Data Platform (CDP), which aims to centralize and automate audiences for outreach and journey orchestration.
• The key to a valuable CDP is having reliable, accurate, certified and governed data for all member, across all lines of business. Client's data is scattered across many legacy source systems and not all business processes are documented.
• This is not part of a larger initiative

Typical Day in the Role:

• Provide advanced analytical support for member orchestration and outreach
• Partner w/Data and Analytics organization to become a SME in the member data domain
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources
• Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions; elevate issues, trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to management
• Develop reports and deliverables and make recommendations to management
• Model data using MS Excel, Access, SQL, and/or other data ware house analytical tools
• Assist management in driving business decisions based on data
• Ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements by performing data quality audits and analysis
• Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts
• Assist with determining work load and related activities for other Data Analysts
• Meeting assigned deadlines/specific metrics will be determined on assignment

Candidate Requirements

• Required: Bachelors Preferred: Masters
• Years of experience required: 5-7 years required
• Disqualifiers: lacking necessary data experience
• Additional qualities to look for: Curious thinker

• Experience with Data Manipulation; Data Mining
• Experience with Big Data
• Experience Data Processing
