Job Details
Our Direct Client is looking for a Lead Test Manager with excellent technical and planning skills to join their 100% remote team. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing test plans and cases, executing tests, and analyzing and interpreting test results. They should have a knack for problem solving and be able to find solutions to technical issues quickly and efficiently. A successful Lead Tester should also be an excellent leader and mentor to junior team members.

Responsibilities include:
Define testing scope, objectives and deliverables and create a detailed plan with clear milestones, tasks, and deliverables
Review requirements and designs to create test cases.
Documents the test cases and related procedures.
Partner with stakeholders in technology, Benefit Administration project and vendor resources to understand the full scope of project
Collaborates with Process Owners, Product Owners, Process Analysts and Technical Consultants to validate test cases as well as the test outcomes.
Identify testing resource needs and coordinate/manage availability to plan dates for testing
Executes tests on manageability, performance, security, upgradability, UX and designed process compliance.
Analyzes test results and reports them to the Project team
Identify and track Sev 1 and 2 (showstoppers) open issues and coordinates with Technology to resolve before go live

Skills and Experiences
- Experience with Workday / BenAdmin module
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing or a closely related field.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing processes and methodologies.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leading a testing team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in Benefits Administration is nice to have.
- Some experience in testing any open enrollment type of activities would be very helpful.
- Workday testing experience highly preferred.
