Job Details
Key duties/responsibilities
- Administer / maintain / support ATM monitoring tools ESQ, Nixdorf VynamicView.
- Create & implement monitoring solutions for the ATMs using above-mentioned tools, for availability and performance.
- Interface with internal ATM teams and/or ATM vendors to resolve ATM outages or periods of reduced performance, in accordance with established policies and procedure.
- Investigate, determine root cause for ATM monitoring failures, develop timely resolutions.
Required Skills
- Win & Linux server administration, good understanding of transport layer protocols and security concepts.
- Customizing, upgrade and integrate ATM monitoring tools.
- Build automation (Autosys, Power BI, PowerShell scripting)
- Tools vulnerability remediation
- MS SQL scripting
- Communication skills
- Technical documentation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
