Job Description - Job Title: Oracle Technical Specialist Journeyman Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 4 days onsite/week) Local DC Metro candidates preferred, but remote in the US is accepted

Position Overview:
The Oracle Technical Specialist Journeyman will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud Planning applications and integrations, specifically for budgeting and financial planning at the state/local level. This includes building Groovy and Python scripts, data integrations, reporting, and working with Oracle ERP and PeopleSoft systems.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum Experience:
12+ years with Oracle Budget Applications (EPM Cloud, Hyperion, EPBCS, Narrative Reporting, etc.)
8+ years with Oracle EPM cloud modules and Oracle ERP integrations (Budgetary Control, PPM)
8+ years of scripting experience with Groovy and Python
8+ years of experience in EPM Automate, FDMEE, and data integrations
Experience implementing at least 3 Oracle Planning modules including Workforce, Projects, Financials
Strong understanding of business process frameworks and budgeting in federal/state/local environments
