Position: Lead Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC
  • 1st month: onsite 5x/week
  • Starting month 2: onsite 4x/week

Contract Length: 6+ months

    Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This person will be joining a team focused around improving the quality of addresses within this client's systems. They company has a backlog of thousands addresses that are not currently receiving active service. The company would like to figure out why these thousands of addresses have poor penetration - are they invalid addresses? If so, why? This could mean completing Google searches to correct city/state/zip codes, apartment numbers, house numbers, etc. Or it may involve looking at tax records, GIS sites, county databases, etc. The overarching goal is to improve the quality of addresses in the database to better target marketing resources and eventually improve sales. This person will function as a team lead to help a team of about 10 perform independent research on these addresses to devise a way to correct them. The team seeks someone that has strong Excel skills, experience with data and basic SQL experience to solve problems. Part of this role will be heads down solutioning and the other will include mentoring and problem solving with team members.
