Core Expertise Required

1. Data & AI/ML Expertise
• Deep understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI frameworks.
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines and model deployment in production.
2. Omnichannel Marketing
• Proven experience in personalization and engagement strategies.
• Ability to design ML models that optimize customer journeys across multiple channels (email, SMS, in-app, call centers, sales reps, etc.).

Specific ML Models Needed

• Propensity Models Predict likelihood of user response, prescription, or engagement.
• Uplift Models Measure incremental campaign impact (true causal lift).
• Next Best Action / Engagement Decision engines for personalized sequence of interactions (contextual bandits, reinforcement learning).
• Frequency & Cadence Optimization Optimizing when and how often to engage (hazard models, LSTMs, transformers).

Ideal Partner Profile

• Prior experience delivering ML-driven marketing optimization projects (preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or consumer industries).
• Hands-on expertise with modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost).
• Familiarity with causal inference techniques for uplift modeling.
• Experience deploying ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
• Strong ability to work with marketing, sales, and data science teams cross-functionally.
