Salesforce Tech Lead Experience & Service Cloud
Overview:
Are you a seasoned Salesforce Developer who thrives in leadership roles and loves building modern, scalable, customer-centric platforms? We re looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to guide a team of developers, modernize systems, and drive innovation across Experience Cloud and Service Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud as a core focus and AI experience as a bonus.
What You ll Do:
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, fostering best practices and innovation.
- Conduct code reviews, drive clean coding standards, and upskill team members in Apex, LWC, and platform architecture.
- Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Development & Customization
- Architect and develop custom solutions in Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Build modern Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and API integrations.
- Optimize processes for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Data Cloud & Personalization
- [Must-Have] Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform/CDP) including real-time customer profiles, segmentation, and personalized engagement strategies.
- Deliver intelligent, data-driven solutions that improve customer experience and business impact.
AI Readiness (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with Salesforce AI tools like Einstein AI, predictive insights, or Agentforce.
- Experience designing AI-enhanced user journeys, including chatbot enablement, next-best-action, or AI-assisted agent workflows.
Service Cloud Optimization
- Configure and enhance features like omni-channel routing, case management, knowledge articles, and agent productivity tools.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, automated solutions with stakeholder collaboration.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, API integrations)
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Experience Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP a must-have
- Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture and platform limits
- Bonus: Experience with Salesforce AI tools, Einstein AI, Agent force, or predictive analytics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to mentor and lead delivery teams
- Passion for scalable, forward-thinking solutions and clean, maintainable code
