Title:                                    Salesforce Admin/Developer

Location:                           Dallas, TX / REMOTE

Employment Type:         Full time

Minimum Qualification:

    • At Least 6 years of Salesforce platform experience
    • At Least 4 years of Salesforce production support experience
    • At Least 2 years of Salesforce Development experience
    • Understanding of Sales and Support processes
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce application Administration (Lightning, custom objects, reports, workflows, assignment rules, Process Builder, Flows, Data security model etc.)
    • Understanding of Salesforce Apex and VisualForce.
    • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong time management skills with ability to juggle multiple cross-functional projects and deadlines
    • Understanding of Salesforce Agentforce
    • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench).
    • Experience with Atlassian products, Jira, Confluence.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and declarative development tools.
    • Experience with Salesforce Experience cloud a plus.

Education, Experience and Certifications:

·        Must have Salesforce certifications as Administrator

·        Must have Salesforce certification as Advanced Administrator

·        Salesforce Platform App Builder a plus
