1) Experience managing a portfolio of application support
2) Working with different vendors to bring operational efficiency
3) Experience driving strategy for the support organization, bring innovation and continuous improvements to the support organization.
4) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
