Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee complex IT projects with a focus on application development, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives in the dynamic energy and natural resources industry.

Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT application development projects.
Define project scope, establish priorities, and set schedules for deliverables.
Facilitate collaboration and consensus among stakeholders, including analysts, developers, and clients.
Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of project transitions.
Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to optimize project workflows and team efficiency.
Implement and manage tools such as Atlassian Jira to track project progress and issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud and CRM technologies into project solutions.
Develop and maintain communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex IT projects.
Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira and familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Strong understanding of Cisco technologies, cloud platforms, and CRM systems.
Demonstrated expertise in database management and budget processes.
Proven ability to lead and execute change management strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Knowledge of the energy and natural resources industry is a plus.
