Job Details
Job Title: PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Business Analyst (Accounts Receivable & Billing)
Duration: 10 Months
Location: Austin, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 specifically Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business process mapping between legacy and third-party systems.
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and system problems to design automation or improvements.
- Prepare detailed functional documentation, including business requirements, system specifications, and workflow designs.
- Perform end-to-end functional testing, system validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams to align technical and business objectives.
- Provide functional support during implementation, including training, troubleshooting, and go-live support.
- Participate in data mapping and migration between legacy, PeopleSoft, and third-party systems.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules, deliverables, and change management procedures.
- Support training efforts and prepare user guides or reference documentation.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
- 8+ years of Experience as a business analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
- 8+ years of Experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts.
- 8+ years of Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
- 8+ years of Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- 8+ years of Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
Preferred Skills:
- 4+ years of Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
- 2+ years of Experience as a business analyst in General Ledger
- 2+ years of Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
- 2+ years of Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- 2+ years of Experience with SharePoint
- 1+ years of Experience with Jira
- 1+ years of Experience working with the Scrum framework
