Stack Overflow Community and Onboarding

• We are looking for a talented, seasoned and highly motivated Business Analyst who will support the creation of the vision and roadmap for DevEx products and services.
• To align training, communications, and the onboarding of new tools, when applicable to Global Technology lines of businesses. The Business Analyst will collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners and Global Technology Champions across lines of business in reviewing approaches and work items to provide better learning and operating practices around product, process, and onboarding.
• A successful candidate has prior experience bridging the gap between products and services and consumers of those products and services.

• This role is responsible for capturing and supporting delivery of business and strategic requirements to accomplish training, communication, and enablement of key DevEx products and services.
• Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture their requirements, perform impact analysis, and then working closely with both Product and Development Team(s) to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team.
• Individuals in this role possess a working knowledge of the business/technical domain and the main applications and vendor products within that domain.
• Basic awareness of products, services, business flows and strategy.

• Understands risks and can apply the controls necessary to mitigate. Knows when to escalate risks.
• Collaborates with own team and across teams. Asks questions to obtain views from others.
• Presents their own point of view with a clear rationale, facts and figures. Clearly displays how their proposed solution or course of action is superior to other options by using facts/evidence to support it.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions.
• Has a good working knowledge of Jira and Stack Overflow. Actively participates in planning ceremonies. Has the ability to complete a task/story.

• plan/sprint commitment. Demonstrates working knowledge of Agile/Waterfall frameworks.
• Has experience in developing clear and effective communications to a large audience.
• Understand stakeholder needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem.
• Provide subject matter expertise within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions
• Document communication plans, enablement plans, procedures, and workflows for user consumption.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions.
• Create, maintain and present materials for end users.
• Demonstrates ability to identify root causes to solve complex problems in highly unstable situations.
• Has knowledge of software development but has not been involved in hands-on application development / coding.
